HYBRIDS – TRONDHEIM MATCHMAKING 2008

I know, I know…not many Bay Area residents are going to be in Norway this weekend, but if you are a trans- meta- bio- organic- digital- futuristic- research artist, you should at least take a look at the web site and information behind this art/science conference.

What caught my eye is the relatively high number of artists that reside in the USA. It also got me thinking that the SF Bay Area does—to a certain extent—include Silicon Alley and the burgeoning bio/genetic industry.
